Hello.  I hope you are all staying healthy and maintaining some semblance of sanity in this crazy world.
 
I am unsure as to which department I need to address this issue, so I've included both Neighborhood Resources and Urban Planning and Development.  If there is a completely different department to which I should send my email, please let me know and I will proceed accordingly.
 
I live in the Newberry At Piper subdivision at 123rd and Leavenworth Rd.  Many of the residents are upset that the developer is not complying with the requirements to build the community pool (and the walking trail).  New residents are told during the purchase process that the pool will be built after a certain number of home permits are pulled, but it appears the developer changes that requirement with the city every time the covenant is renewed.  (My apologies if I am not using the correct terminology.)  My understanding is that the current covenant requires the developer to pull the pool permit after 100 home permits are pulled, but there are now more than 100 homes either built or in some phase of construction.
 
I would like to receive copies of the following:
1)  All covenants or other documents related to the requirements for the developer to build the neighborhood pool in this subdivision, from 2018 to present, including all communications to/from/with the appropriate department(s) related to those requirements at any time during the requested time period.
2)  A list of all building permits issued for this subdivision to confirm the total number of building permits granted to date. 
3)  A copy of any permit applications submitted by the developer for community amenities in this subdivision, if any have been submitted (other than for the roads and other infrastructure).
 
In addition, I would like to know the next renewal date(s) for any/all existing covenants related to any/all neighborhood amenities for this subdivision.  Going forward, I would like to receive copies any/all future documents and communications between the developer and any Unified Government departments regarding any neighborhood amenities in this subdivision.
 
Please consider this a FOIA and/or KORA request.  If this email does not meet the requirements for a FOIA and/or KORA request (particularly in light of the current COVID 19 requirements), please advise as to the appropriate procedures.
