We would like to know the details of the sale of the 18th street Sunfresh store to David Ball and how it effected any monies or agreements with the UG concerning the initial build in? 

 

WE would like to have a copy of the packet and build in information for the BackFire BBQ at the legends?

What were the agreements for tax dollars to cover?

What were the build in agreements with the developer/BackFire Grill/Red or all parties that were effected by tax funds?

What were the end results of their closing the store financially?

Who authorized the auction of the mdse that belonged to the taxpayers and what notices were given?
